Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to CLZTR. CLZTR is a real-time location-based platform that functions as a living operating layer for cities around the world. Unlike traditional social networks, CLZTR does not operate on posts, feeds, or content uploads. CLZTR operates on physical presence. When you are present at a location, you generate signal. When you attend an event, you earn proof. When you transact value, the economy moves. Everything in CLZTR is anchored to real-world geography, real-time activity, and verified human identity.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not have been previously banned from CLZTR. You must possess a compatible mobile device with camera functionality capable of performing liveness checks.
User Accounts & Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) CLZTR account.
3.2 Real Identity Required. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.
3.3 Biometric Account Binding. CLZTR uses facial recognition as the primary login and access method. Your face biometric is encrypted, stored as a non-reversible embedding, and used solely for account authentication and Proof of Presence (PoP) verification.
3.5 Real Profile Photo Requirement. All individual user accounts must maintain a real, recognizable profile photo depicting the account holder's actual face.
User-Generated Content
You are solely and exclusively responsible for all content you submit. Media uploaded in connection with clusters and events serves as proof of real-world presence and participation. You may not retroactively fabricate attendance.
Proof of Presence & Location Data
CLZTR's core functionality is built upon real-time location verification and physical presence. The Platform requires access to your device's GPS and camera at all times while in active use. By using CLZTR, you expressly consent to continuous GPS location tracking while the app is in active use and periodic and on-demand liveness checks using your device's front-facing camera to confirm a real human being is actively present.
Events & Clusters
If you create an event, cluster, or any gathering on the Platform, you are the organizer of record and you assume full legal and operational responsibility for that event. Clusters are living, real-time gatherings; they exist only while participants are physically present and actively engaged.
Event Ticketing
CLZTR is a ticketing infrastructure provider only. You purchase tickets at your own risk. Tickets issued through CLZTR are identity-bound and permanently linked to your CLZTR account. CLZTR deducts a platform commission from all ticket sales.
Wallets, Rewards & the CLZTR Economy
8.1 CLZTR Wallets are created, controlled, and operated by CLZTR as a custodial service.
8.2 In-platform currency and Verified Activity Points (VAP) have no guaranteed monetary value, no guaranteed convertibility to any fiat currency, and are not legal tender. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IN-PLATFORM CURRENCY AND POINTS ARE NOT REAL MONEY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE A FINANCIAL ASSET, SECURITY, OR INVESTMENT.
8.3 City Reward Pools distribute rewards based on verified real-world participation. Rewards are not guaranteed and eligibility requires meeting defined thresholds.
8.4 A platform commission is applied to all transactions.
Memberships & Premium Tiers
CLZTR offers optional paid membership tiers. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled. Premium membership does not exempt any user from platform-wide limits or Proof of Presence requirements.
Prohibited Conduct
The following is strictly prohibited: creating a false identity, operating more than one account, bypassing facial recognition through photos/videos/masks/deepfakes, spoofing GPS coordinates, gaming the VAP or City Pool system, posting fraudulent event listings, harassment, stalking, or abusive behavior.
Trust Score, Reputation & Enforcement
CLZTR operates a dynamic Trust Score system. Based on Trust Score thresholds, user reports, and review, CLZTR may warn, restrict, suspend, ban, or refer accounts to law enforcement.
Intellectual Property
The CLZTR Platform is and shall remain the exclusive property of CLZTR and its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
Privacy & Data
Your privacy is governed by the CLZTR Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and consent to: GPS location tracking, biometric facial embeddings, identity document retention, aggregated city-level analytics, and transaction record retention.
Disclaimers of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Limitation of Liability
CLZTR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL BE ZERO. CLZTR PROVIDES THE PLATFORM ENTIRELY FREE OF CHARGE AS A DISCOVERY AND COORDINATION INFRASTRUCTURE.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CLZTR from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, content you submit, events you create, or violations of these Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, with class action waivers where permitted by law. You agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days before any formal claim.
Changes to These Terms
CLZTR may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification, push, email, or prominent posting. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
Termination
CLZTR may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or other policies. Upon termination, accumulated wallet balances may be forfeited where termination results from a violation.
Miscellaneous
English is the controlling version in case of translation conflicts. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and CLZTR with respect to the Platform.
