Before you send
When you send the form you receive a record with an identification code immediately.
Your subscription is charged through the App Store or Google Play. The final cancellation happens in the store where you bought it, and the record tells you how. We register your request and act on it within 24 hours.
Support hours
We are open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (Argentina time), except on public holidays.
This form accepts requests 24 hours a day; the deadline runs from when we receive it, not from when we open.
