Where CLZTR is available
The countries CLZTR operates in, the ones it has mapped but not opened, and what happens to you if you are somewhere else.
Countries where CLZTR operates

Mapped but not open
These countries are in our registry and their cities are ready, but the app is closed there. We are not saying when that changes, because we do not know.
Cuba, Myanmar (Birmanie), Ukraine, Venezuela
If your country is not on either list
CLZTR does not operate there. The app will tell you so rather than failing silently, and it will not ask you for a document, a face check or a location it has no reason to hold.
This is not a judgement about the country. It is usually about a registration, a representative or a payment rail we do not have in place yet, and sometimes about a rule we are not able to meet.
What happens to your data if we close a country
You keep every right you had. You can still read your data, export it, delete your account and appeal a decision, and those routes stay open from a country we have left. They are on the support page and in the app.
What we hold and for how long does not change because a country closes. The Privacy Policy is the statement of that, and it applies everywhere.
We do not delete your account because your country closed. That is your decision, not ours.
This page can be out of date
Availability is decided by our servers, per country, and it can change without this page changing on the same day.
The app is the authority. If it says CLZTR is not available where you are, that is the answer even if this page still lists your country.
