Introduction
CLZTR connects people with nearby events, crowds, friends, and chats. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the CLZTR mobile app and related services.
Information we collect
We collect account and profile details you provide, contact details, username, avatar, bio, role or host verification information, support requests, reports, preferences, and wallet or transaction records for CLZTR features.
Location and presence
With permission, we process precise location, device, and presence signals to show nearby events and crowds, validate live presence, support safety, share location with eligible friends, and prevent fraud. You can change location permissions in device settings and CLZTR privacy controls.
Liveness and identity
When you complete liveness or verification flows, we process camera frames, liveness results, facial embeddings or biometric-derived signals, identity documents if submitted, and related audit logs to confirm the person is real and reduce abuse. We do not sell biometric information.
Content and communications
We process events, clusters, hashtags, media uploads, chat messages, reactions, invites, reports, and moderation actions so those features work and remain safe.
How we use information
We use information to operate, personalize, secure, moderate, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve CLZTR, send service notifications, enforce our terms, comply with law, and protect users, partners, and the public.
Sharing
We share information with service providers, infrastructure and analytics vendors, payment or ledger partners, safety review teams, event hosts or users when a feature requires it, authorities when legally required, and successors in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the feature, account, safety, legal, audit, and fraud-prevention purposes, then delete or de-identify it unless we must retain it longer.
Choices and rights
You can update profile details and preferences, control device permissions, disable notifications, use in-app privacy controls, and request access, correction, deletion, or export by contacting support@clztr.com. Some requests may require verification.
Children, transfers, and changes
CLZTR is not intended for children under the minimum age required by local law. Your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. We may update this policy; the in-app version and effective date show the current policy.
